    Production times vary based on the complexity of customization and the current order queue. You must consider an estimated lead time of at least 6-8 weeks.
  • What is your policy on returns for furniture or planters?
    Our furniture and planters are made to order and, therefore, typically non-returnable. However, if there are issues with craftsmanship or damage during transit, please contact our customer service team for assistance within 48 hours of receipt of material.
